CallScripter releases new hosted solution at Call Centre Expo

CallScripter's hosted contact centre solution making customer interactions even easier.

County Contact Centres today announced the availability of a fully hosted platform for their award winning CallScripter application. The managed solution allows enterprises to take advantage of CallScripter's award winning functionality whilst benefiting from lower up-front costs, reduced management overheads and 'pay as you go' licensing.

Complimenting the existing premise based solution the hosted service provides access to the full suite of CallScripter modules as well as easy integration with existing telephony & CRM applications.

Residing on secure servers in a top London data centre, CallScripter allows rapid deployment of agents with a minimum requirement of a PC, Internet Explorer and a Broadband connection. This simple implementation opens up ideal opportunities for enterprises of all sizes especially those employing remote and home workers and allows businesses of all sizes to launch new campaigns with no upfront infrastructure or IT costs.

The CallScripter Hosted Solution is built upon Microsoft's IIS and SQL technology running on dedicated servers ensuring data integrity and security to all. Customers will have the option to seamlessly migrate from the hosted solution to a premise based platform taking all of their historical data with them.

CallScripter adds value to any campaign ensuring agents provide a consistent message, streamlining interactions with customers and ensuring data quality whilst making agents more effective. Over 100 drag and drop controls and ready-made templates allow CallScripter users to easily create, manage and amend campaigns within the shortest timeframe requiring the least technical knowledge possible. Additionally CallScripter's CTI connector allows easy integration to most Telephony Platforms allowing customers to maximize the return on their existing infrastructure.

Users of the CallScripter Hosted Solution will have access to the full range of CallScripter's functionality including:

Agent Desktop
Accessed by the user through Microsoft Internet Explorer the Agent Desktop supports inbound/outbound campaigns, e-mail and data entry. For inbound campaigns screen popping can be used to present the relevant script to the agent, whilst telemarketing campaigns can automatically dial out from screen. Integration with other applications and websites is easily achieved thereby providing one simple interface for the agents.

Reporting & MI
MI Reporting tools allows managers to easily monitor both agent and campaign activity via real-time and historical reports. Content is highly configurable and unique to each user. Reports can even be linked to 3rd party applications providing a comprehensive set of reports all in one location. Data extracts can be designed to report on any data captured within the script. Available in multiple formats including text files, CSV and RTF, reports can be scheduled to run and deliver automatically to multiple locations.

Script Editor
Supplied out of the box with a toolbox containing over 100 controls and templates CallScripter uses familiar drag and drop functionality enabling the fast implementation of campaigns whilst also offering advanced capabilities to cope with the most complex of scripts. Version control enables campaign development without affecting the live environment whilst copy and transfer script functions allow the instant duplication of a script across multiple campaigns.

Campaign Management
Full management of contact lists within a campaign is supported including automated rescheduling and call distribution amongst agents. The Outbound Call Manager includes an advanced call list template import facility saving time and effort. The Call Manager allows you to search data records and monitor day-to-day operations and create post call workflows to ensure the correct sequence of post call events happen within the specified timescales.

Professional Services

CallScripter offers the services of its experienced Professional Services department to all end users of its software. Companies with limited resources and tight deadlines to meet can request assistance with creating and managing campaigns.

The Professional Services department offer a fully managed service including deployment, training, script building, reporting and consultancy.
