Professional Services & System Support
CallScripter understands that installing a new platform is a major change for any organisation, and is often part of a
wider period of change including new telecom equipment and IT hardware upgrades.
To this end we can provide a range of professional services that allow us to work alongside our clients ensuring the whole
process is done with the minimum disruption and with the maximum effect.
Professional Services
Our specialist in-house development team can provide a range of services including:
- Script Building/Migration
- Consultancy
- CallScripter Control Modification
- Hardware Support
Charges will apply at an hourly rate and all requests are priced upon application.
System Support
1st line support is provided via our telephone help desk which is operational Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730. Outside of these
hours calls are answered by our in-house call centre and logged onto the CallScripter Helpdesk. If the call requires instant
support i.e. a bug fix or system fault an escalation procedure is in place to notify the on call engineer who will dial in
to fix the problem.
Patches, updates and investigation are applied via remote access to your system. The maintenance package also provides a
next day on site engineer should one be required as well as all the new features and enhancements as they are developed.
Our upgrade contract provides you with peace of mind, as you will automatically benefit from the constant additions and
improvements we make. One major upgrade takes place annually and we are happy to discuss our future plans and listen to
requests for added functionality from our clients.
